PC Savers warranties its products one year from the date of purchase.
Most of my parts have Lifetime, 5 year and 3 year Manufacture warranties. 

1 year parts and labor warranty on new systems.

1 year parts and labor warranty on new parts installed on a upgrade.

In this trade, parts change all the time. If your warranty part is no longer available, then we reserve the right to put in a newer product. If the price is different, then the owner pays the difference. I will not use a lesser part to save money unless owner approves.

Even though I do free lifetime support, please do not abuse it. Some things should be looked at
and not spent 3 hours on the phone. A phone call is no time to be taught Windows 101. So if you can not follow simple Windows basics instructions over the phone, then let's save us both some pain and make a service call out of it.

 

Return Policy

  • Cash refund up to 7 days from date of purchase.
  • All returned items must be in original packaging, including all documentation and related software.


Unless notified by the owner, any products left over 30 days becomes the property of PC Savers.
